TARMAC is a moonshot project by Albert Bozesan & me, Robert Sladeczek. We've made a 2D adult animated pilot episode in weeks, not years, without sacrificing the writers' room, the voice booth, or human artwork.

Realign exists because I was annoyed, and annoyance is a surprisingly good product manager. It puts AI frames back onto the original footage, so editors can skip the tedious part of hybrid production. I built it for myself, then made it public in case other people share the pain.
What if you skipped the “imagine this” slide and just handed people the thing? In my upcoming keynote, I use TARMAC to show what pitching looks like when the product is already finished and working.
Audio play writing for Audible.
Consulting and creative production do not usually share an office, but at the Creative Factory they do, and I live in the overlap. Employee number four, now one of 18, leading the AI team, fusing technology with storytelling, and enjoying the actors and the on-set chaos. Somebody has to make the AI feasible, and I like that somebody.
Real People, Fake Set: The Office-to-Gallery Workflow.
Albert and I brought TARMAC to the AI Live Show’s Tuesday creator session and opened up the workflow, tricks included. It is a new approach to 2D animation, and the creators in the audience asked exactly the questions we hoped for. Sharing is more fun when people actually want the details.
Ask us what genre Intended is and we will all give you a different answer. It is four people, a pile of jazzy pop with unusually adventurous chords, and a band that went from electric to acoustic. I play guitar and write for it, and every rehearsal is the best part of my week.
Teaching AI to people who already know how to make films is a good way to keep yourself honest. Albert and I spent two days at the Danish Film School with curious, experienced professionals, talking hybrid production, rights, and what actually runs on your own machine. Fewer hype slides, more straight answers.
Somewhere on Earth, someone opened a beer with their shoe and launched the cap into orbit. Now a satellite is on cleanup duty, and it has opinions. Well done. Hope you have fun.
2Bert Short film about a iron curtain chess duel.
I got invited as a guest lecturer to the popular Curious Refuge Animation course, where I shared insights into the production process of Albert Bozesans and my 2D animated show TARMAC.

Hybrid production break-down exploring pirate-themed visuals.
Pitch decks, pivots, and people saying “disrupt” with a straight face: German startups write half the jokes themselves. Albert and I wrote the rest for an audio sitcom for ProSieben’s FYEO, with Marti Fische, Tommy Krappweis and many more on board. It has been taken down, but the memories stay.
Narrative cooking show pilot blending AI-generated environments with live-action performance.
Part filmmaker, part musician, part computer nerd, fully excited about all three.

ComfyUI Workflow
Hi, I’m Rob. Director, filmmaker, musician, and part computer nerd, based in Munich. Boxes and I do not get along, so I mix everything: code, stories, music, and AI. The glue is good communication, because the best ideas are useless if nobody understands them.
I also teach storytelling and AI filmmaking, including at the Danish Film School. Craft comes first, and the machines are there to spare everyone another round of feedback.
Let’s talk about your project.
